ULTRASEAL INTERNATIONAL'S GREEN INNOVATION IN IMPREGNATION TECHNOLOGY

PROVES A SUCCESS AT GIFA 2011

Ultraseal International exhibited one of its world-renowned impregnation systems at GIFA 2011 and this included one of its latest innovations - a totally closed loop, virtually effluent-free impregnation machine - the system proved so popular at GIFA 2011 that the company sold its demonstration model straight off the stand.

Designed to work with Ultraseal International's world-beating recyclable sealants Rexeal 100 and Ultraseal MX2, the machine is a breakthrough for efficiency and environmental friendliness.

For the first time the equipment recycles all of the water and sealant used in the process, through a Sealant Recycling System (SRS) attached to the cold wash module and a new Water Recycling System on the final hot cure stage. This enables the machine to operate continuously around the clock with minimal production line down time and reduces both running costs and the impact on the environment.

Ultraseal International, a UK-based company with a global reach, enjoyed a record number of enquiries for its equipment and sealants that reliably and permanently solve the eternal problem of porosity in castings. Visitor numbers were up four-fold since GIFA 2007, including a substantial number from the Asia-Pacific region.

Ultraseal co-exhibited with the Aoki Science Institute of Japan which attracted a lot of interest with its demonstration of its innovative electrostatic spray gun for applying the Lubrolene range of water free die lubricants that vastly reduce the entire running costs of the diecasting operation by reducing wear and tear on the die.
